Homemade Salsa

I spent a hour and a half making and canning home made Summer Salsa. It took that long because I have never done either one and wanted to learn. I have officially used up ALL of my tomatoes that are not too ripe or not ripe enough. I had to hide the tomatoes that I was to use so they did not disappear or get eaten by the guys.

 I used my Pear and Cherry tomatoes for this, I found a recipe online that was safe to use small varieties on.
Five jars might not look like much but I sure did use alot of  tomatoes and had to skin them so "IT IS ALOT" to me!
